- This week was spent just getting back in the swing of things. Although I quit working in December, between Christmas craziness and Orlando life has been busy. For the first time in months it was so nice to relax a bit and spend time with my kids with only my 'mom hat' on.
- Addy LOVES basketball and was sad that the city rec league ended in December. To keep her playing we signed her up for the Lehi rec league as well as basketball training at the XSI Factory at the beginning of the year. She really likes it and it's keeping her active during these winter months.
- Brynn has decided that she wants to try out for the Lehi Frenzy swim team. (This is not the city rec team but an actual USA team!) 5-7 year olds don't actually compete yet but attend twice a week for training to get ready for the upper levels. They are required to swim 25 yards of the crawl, back stroke and know the breast stroke and butterfly. She's a pretty good little swimmer but decided to take more lessons to get her ready for the try-outs in March. This week she had lessons M-F after school.
- So pretty much, she's adorable!

- Todd had to head down to Las Vegas this week for work. Here is the highlight of his trip. None other than the famous Hulk Hogan! Keepin' it real Todd!
- We decided to take all the kids skiing on Saturday. I kept Bodee on the bunny hill the whole time but Todd took the girls on the Chickadee lift. They're doing really well at skiing and Todd is loving every minute of it. It's so great being able to finally do such fun family activities together.
- On the other hand it was SO. MUCH. WORK. taking all the kiddos skiing! Oh my heck...hours getting packed up and skis on and to the hill and back. At least the quality time and memories are worth it.
- Oh, and Bodee still can't snow plow. He loves to go fast but doesn't know how to slow down so watch out!
- Since Todd and I were gone the first Sunday in January Bodee's primary teacher sent me this picture of his first day in Sunbeams! I can't believe all my kids are in primary now. He's getting so big!
