  • Brynn lost her first tooth this week! So cute! We loved the letter Brynn dictated for Addy to write to the tooth fairy. Apparently our kids think the Tooth Fairy is the next Santa Claus.

  • Merri and I took Bodee and Emerson to the farm at Thanksgiving Point this week. Cute buddies

  • Bodee offered to help me vacuum this week. This included taking every single cushion off the couch and vacuum every inch. He really is a cute, sweet boy!

  • On Saturday we were suppose to do a Temple Walk to the Mount Timpanogos Temple. The weather was not looking good so we changed it to going to perform baptisms for the dead. Look at all these cute young women willing to get up at 6am for an activity. The crazy part this is only about 1/3-1/2 of our young women:) It was fun because us leaders were asked to help in the laundry. I had never been to that part of the temple before so it was fun to serve and help out in a new area.

  • On Monday I took the girls down to St. George to watch the Little Mermaid at the Tuachan Theater. We had originally purchased tickets with Suzie and girls and Cathy during the summer but things were so crazy at our house with the remodeling that I passed on that get away and deferred the tickets.
  • We got to our hotel and we got ready for the show. We ate dinner at The Brick Oven and then headed over to the theater. We had second row seats so we were so close to the stage to see everything. The girls LOVED it! I really enjoyed taking the girls on a special and I can't wait to do it again. (Missing a day and a half of school wasn't bad either)

  • Bodee started private swim lessons this week. I want him to be swimming really well by next summer when the baby is here. Here he is on his way to swim lessons but they way he's sitting with his legs crossed totally cracked me up!

  • Addy actually had her 8th Birthday Party this past Saturday. August was so crazy and it was hard getting ahold of her friends before the school year started so we just put the party off a month. She decided to go to Chuck E. Cheese (surprise:). The girls had the best time and it was a complete success!

  • We spent the first few days of the week hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa Mosley. We were so sad to see them ago. They just need to move to Utah.

  • I love when all the kids sleep together! You never know how they are going to end up by the middle of the night.

  • This week was a big week in our house. Monday was Labor Day and so late Sunday night Todd decided he was going to pack up the kids and take them to Lava Hot Springs in Idaho. He hadn't been for years and he's been wanting to go so I said 'have fun!' I can't go into hot tubs since I'm pregnant and I had a lot to get ready for the week so I passed on this little outing.
  • He packed up the van and they were off! They didn't leave until after 6pm so they didn't pull in until 10pm. The hot springs were still open for another hour so that was the first place they headed to.

  • After the hot springs closed for the night Todd decided he'd better find a place to put up the tent. He finally found one last spot available and got busy putting up the tent...around midnight. When they woke up it was a beautiful morning in Idaho!

  • They hung out in the hot tubs all day and grabbed some breakfast at the local diner. I told Todd to be home by the afternoon since we had family pictures to take at 5pm. They had a good time on their impromptu trip up to Lava Hot Springs.

  • Bodee started his first day of preschool at Miss Kim's house on Tuesday! He sure is a big kid now! I just don't know what I'm going to with a few free hours every week...at least until February.

  • Brynn bought her own guitar this summer and started taking lessons this week. Here she is jamming out with her the new chord she learned after soccer practice.
  • Grandma and Grandpa Mosley flew in Thursday to be here for Addy's baptism. First though on Friday night Brynn had her soccer game.
  • Saturday was Addy's special day! Baptism Day! It all went really well (except the Bishop forgot to show up so we had to wait for another bishopric member to arrive to conduct). Afterwards we had a big lunch at our house. Addy felt so special and we are so proud of the awesome choice she made to be baptized.

  • At the luncheon with all our family around we found out the gender of the baby. I had each of the kids open a box full of either pink or blue balloons. They were PINK! It was surprise for both Todd and I too. Todd was a little shocked since he was so sure it was another boy but at least he has five months to come to terms with it:) We are sooo excited to have another little girl in our family!

  • This is a copy of Addy's baptism invitation. I had planned to get nice pictures done at the Salt Lake Temple but I was waiting for her to get her braces off and the timing just didn't work. I took a couple of shots the Mount Timpanogos Temple and just needed one for the invitation. I'll have to get the real pictures done soon.
